How Wellwick Engagements Work
Every Wellwick programme follows a consistent structure regardless of which engagement you choose. The process begins with an introductory call to assess fit, followed by a formal scoping session where objectives, access requirements, timelines, and deliverables are documented and agreed by both parties.
During the engagement, consultants work directly alongside your team — conducting interviews, reviewing data, and facilitating sessions as required. Weekly progress updates are shared throughout to ensure findings are grounded in your organisation's specific context.
The engagement concludes with a written deliverable, a formal debrief meeting, and 30 days of follow-up access for clarification at no additional cost.
